Samagra Advisory is led by an Organisational Psychologist, ICF Certified Coach and Family Business Advisor with a Doctorate in Management, an MA in Psychology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in basic and advanced counselling skills. The practice works across family business advising, business leadership coaching, C-suite key personnel transformation and organisational development.
Currently serving as an independent director on ten publicly listed company boards across aviation, highways, energy, hospitality and retail, our founder brings a rare combination of boardroom experience and hands-on coaching practice. With over two decades of experience, she has coached more than two hundred heads of businesses and entrepreneurs, and has written a long-running column on business and leadership in one of the largest circulated regional daily newspapers, with over 720 published articles and columns to date.
Recognised within professional coaching and facilitation networks, she was a founding member who established the first International Coaching Federation chapter in the country. She holds an ACC – Erickson coach certification, has trained under Dr. Marshall Goldsmith's approach to coaching, and carries a certificate in Appreciative Coaching from Fielding Graduate University. She is certified in psychometrics, is a DISC certified professional, and is a trained family business advisor certified by the Business Family Foundation, Montreal, Canada.
She has worked with clients ranging from business owners and C-suite executives to senior executives, working women, film directors, physically challenged individuals and entrepreneurs — and regularly contributes to television and radio shows as a career and leadership expert.
